with a tracking number when we print the shipping label, however the post
office doesn't always scan packages as they come in so many times the
tracking info doesn't show up on their website until after your package
has arrived, occasionally for items weighing less than 13 ounces we will
send first rate postal service

all orders are made to order, we only take returns on white items that are
made to standard sizes, and we do charge a 15% restocking fee and we do
not refund shipping charges, they will be deducted from the refund,
however if we sent the wrong item or there is some mistake on our part we
will gladly exchange the item and we will pay shipping
costs
